FAQ's
How do you know the savings without visiting my home?
As part of our quoting tool, we ask you to provide us with the house number and the full address of your home. The reason for this is we use Google Maps to confirm the orientation, roof size and angle of your property. This allows us to give you an accurate report.
How long will the installation take?
Different sized systems will take differing amounts of time. Once you have signed the contract, we will advise of the approximated time to complete the job, however we aim to do all our works within the day.
Can I sell my excess energy back to you?
We do not buy the energy back from you if there is excess. We will look to optimise the system size, to ensure there is no wasted energy being transferred back to your supplier.
Who do I send my energy bill and signed contract back to?
Please talk to the advisor you initially spoke to on the phone or email, however if you cannot get hold of them please email sales@solar4homes.co.uk where one of the area managers will update you within 24 hours.
